Insurance plans are unique to the individual and/or employer. Not all plans have the same benefits or coverage. To know how your insurance will cover at our office, it is advised to contact the number on your card.

Verify with the insurance company that we are IN NETWORK and ask if you have benefits for Root Canal Therapy and the percentage that is covered. Inquire whether you have a deductible to meet and what available insurance dollars can be applied to your treatment at our office.

Most insurance plans have an annual maximum dollar available per individual. When this dollar is exhausted, it is the patient’s responsibility to pay out of pocket. If you have this information available when you call to make your appointment, we can help estimate your out of pocket cost.

REMEMBER THIS IS AN ESTIMATE – NOT A GUARANTEE. We will assist as best we can with questions directed to our office.

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.

Dental insurance, unlike medical insurance, rarely covers the total cost of treatment. It is critical that you understand the benefits your plan includes or restricts.
